    Project Liaison

    Dean Hall has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry and is a passionate advocate for workers’ rights and workplace safety. Before attending university, Dean started out as a labourer which inspired his desire to improve the industry.

    Dean has led many successful campaigns to both maintain and improve construction industry workers’ rights, including their access to long-service leave and income insurance protection as well as their right to workplace accident compensation. He has also worked on numerous government reports and committees as well as holding a national position with the CFMEU.

    Dean is a qualified teacher and has a degree in Social Work. He has also developed and implemented training programs and other resources around drug and alcohol abuse, workplace health and safety (WHS) and trauma support following an on-site accident.

    Dean has a deep understanding of the construction process and has been a member of various National Management Committees and Boards whilst also Chairing the Investment Committee of Australian Construction Industry Redundancy Trust.

    Dean is a dedicated and passionate advocate for the not-for-profit sector. His goal is to ensure the profits from developing their land and property assets remains with them.
